Meet the team behind Ultimate Fintech - a full-service Marketing, Events & PR Agency. Led by a team of marketing and event professionals, we believe in making things happen!

We didn't get to see many of you face to face in 2020, so thought we'd share some of our quirkiness over here.

We place human connection at the heart of everything we do so catch us at one of our events or online for a virtual coffee (or G&T!) and let's get to know each other!

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

The drive to do what needs to get done!

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

The best thing for me is that it is NEVER boring! My team lets me interact on every level and I really feel like everything we do is a group effort.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Does eating and never getting fat count? Otherwise, I would love to be a mind reader :) Would make things so much easier :)

4. List 3 of your favourite things.

My Family, Cooking, Reading

5. What is your pet peeve?

Pen thieves... Starting to think there is a gremlin who lives under my desk and takes my stuff when I am not looking.

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

The young and vibrant environment.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

That when payday comes close I am the favorite person in the office for a few days :)

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Eat whatever I want whenever I want and not gain weight.

5. What is your pet peeve?

Someone saying "Ew" to food before even trying it.

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

Being a part of this amazing team . The environment in the office .

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

The challenge that I do have every day . The success when I close a deal.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Teleport, hearing people's thoughts, availability to fly

4. List 3 of your favourite things.

Travelling ( visiting new places and experiencing new cultures, taking photos , spending time with my family and friends

5. What is your pet peeve?

Those people who are making tapping noises, like clicking the pen's top ect.

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

Working for UF keeps you on your toes, it's always a dynamic environment full of strong personalities. My favourite part is the rush before events, everyone is motivated, super productive and puts in 150% to get the job done and make sure we have a great show, whatever it takes.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

Many things, but I will start with the planning part of an event - brainstorming with the team on different themes and working on various area designs used to be my favourite part, in a nutshell the whole preparation and anticipation. Then, obviously show days, interacting with clients and seeing everything that we worked for, all the drawings we made, come to life.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

To fly, so I can go anywhere I want, regardless of any restrictions LOL

4. List 3 of your favourite things.

Paris and all things French, including my French Bulldog Hugo :)

Interior decor and candles :)

5. What is your pet peeve?

Before moving to Cyprus it was being late but the island mentality rubs off and now I am late too :)

So I would say my biggest pet peeve is loud chewing people.

What's your favourite part about UF?

The team spirit present in the company.. One for all, all for one!

What's your favourite part about your role?

That it is never boring and very dynamic.

2. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation – Drive home is time consuming (45 min to an hour)

Kids

Food (I regret this!!!)

4. What is your pet peeve?

Watch ticking, water drop evenly distributed.. Basically anything that destroys my silence!

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

The team and the things we create! Every person in our team is an absolute legend. We work hard, we play hard and create some super cool stuff that I’m really proud of!

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

Seeing it all come to life, being creative, finding solutions to the most difficult challenges and making clients happy.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Mind reading and teleportation.

4. List 3 of your favourite things.

Travel, potatoes and music.

5. What is your pet peeve?

Your VS You’re, Bought VS Brought, Could of VS Could Have.

I like cooking my family and my pets >> Use commas, don’t be a psycho! (stolen from the internet but describes this pet peeve perfectly)

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Eating without gaining weight lol

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

My favourite part of Ultimate Fintech is the amount of effort and hard work we all put into all our projects as a team. From the beginning until the end.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

I love the process of building events from talking to clients to spending nights at the venues. Creating our events is a pleasure.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

I would like to be invisible some days. Get my tasks done without being noticed :)

5. What is your pet peeve?

My ocd. I love thing’s being in order and tidy. Also white shoes white:)

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

Great teamwork, Community feel, everyone's friendly, and there's never a dull moment in the office.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

Diversity and constantly learning from new challenges... everyday is a new day!

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Eat all the naughty food and never put on weight.. just kidding- would love to be able to heal people

5. What is your pet peeve?

I would say liars, but that's more than a pet peeve...so loud breathing would be it.

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

Looooove to come to the office and experience a daily dose of UF adventures, but mostly a daily dose of laughter and healthy insanity! So would say the TEAM! uniqueness of each and everyone.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

Love the brainstorming sesh's, bringing alive new great ideas and that crazy rush before an Expo! Buuut the best of all is that feeling of satisfaction after the show! (Happiness and gratefulness of your clients.) Aaaand, meeting new people :)

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Only 1? Daamn :) Ok, in that case it would be flying...no, to be able to breath under water...or healing power! :D

Sea, sun and snow (better with a good rave)

5. What is your pet peeve?

Uh....when someone leaves a super little piece of butter or Philadelphia or a milk and puts it back into the fridge....killeeeeeeer!!!! I mean why, why, why would you do that?

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

I am proud to be a part of UF and have a chance to work on such high scale events as iFX EXPO. I like that our management quickly adapts to any changes and takes action.

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

I love organizing, getting things done, seeing the results and happy people afterwards! :)

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

I would love to become a guru of balance in life :)

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

The amazing humans that I am so lucky to call my team!! UF is what it is because of the fantastic people working here. We are the perfect combination of creative, fun, weird and wonderful!

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

In my role of production manager everyday is a surprise. I am lucky to be in a position where no one day is like another and each day in this role brings about a learning experience. This role provides me with an opportunity to learn something, tackle a new challenge, solve a new problem and meet a new person almost everyday.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Definitely teleportation!!

P.S. the 1891 patent for the toilet paper roll literally states that the end of the roll should be hanging off the exterior - case closed!

The people and the Diversity, almost everybody is from a different country and its just amazing how everybody clicks together.

Dealing with people from all around the world.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Ability to Fly.

Working in a great environment with a very talented, diverse bunch of lovely people from all over the world. We really are the ULTIMATE team!

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

I love the variety in my job and being kept super busy! Pressure keeps me on my toes!

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

The ability to breathe underwater, or to be able to grant people their wishes :)

4. List 3 of your favourite things.

Spending time with friends and family but my little girl especially.

Spending time outdoors - in a nice park or watching the sunset.

Food - whether it's eating out or putting together a nice fruit and cheese platter.

5. What is your pet peeve?

Rude, inconsiderate people with no manners!

1. What's your favourite part about UF?

The people I work with and the environment in general. Good vibes. :)

2. What's your favourite part about your role?

Assisting guests, visitors and helping out my colleague when needed.

3. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

White witch powers (Bewitched character)
